Licensed Psychologist (Argentina) – M.N. 64791 / M.P. 97736
I completed part of my studies at U.N.E.D. (Spain) and at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), where I graduated and continue with postgraduate specialization.
Intercultural connection has deeply shaped my personal and professional path.
Born in Argentina and having lived in Spain and travelled across diverse cultures, I’m driven by curiosity about what it means to connect across differences and discover what unites us. This lifelong engagement with language, self-expression, and intercultural dialogue led me to study psychology as a means of supporting authentic communication and personal growth. Research suggests that living between cultural frameworks fosters greater empathy, flexibility, and creative problem-solving — capacities I aim to bring into therapy with every client.
My approach is rooted in the embodiment of psychological experience.
In addition to conventional talk therapy, I integrate somatic modalities like Body-Mind Centering—an ongoing, experiential practice, which explores how sensory attention, developmental movement, and organ-system awareness support emotional and cognitive well-being —and Contact Improvisation, a movement form that emphasizes shared weight, touch, gravity, and momentum as tools for embodied awareness and relational presence.
Grounded in mind-body integration research—which shows that reconnecting with bodily sensation enhances emotional clarity, resilience, and regulation—I support clients to access their inner felt experience as a source of grounding and self-understanding. My aim is to help people navigate life’s transitions not only with insight, but with the wisdom their bodies quietly hold.
I currently provide therapy both online and in-person in Spanish. I also continue my professional development in the public sector as a psychologist and university teacher at the Centro Asistencial Universitario (UNSAM) and in the community sector as a member of Danza Sin Límites, a project dedicated to promoting the participation of people with and without disabilities in dance.
The therapeutic bond you build with your therapist is key to making psychotherapy truly effective in your life.

Yes — online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy. It allows you to work with a qualified professional from anywhere in the world, without the need to travel or relocate. For many people, this flexibility makes it easier to begin and maintain a therapeutic process over time.
Online therapy breaks down geographical and practical barriers, offering access to mental health support even if you live abroad, travel frequently, or live in a place where it’s difficult to find a therapist who speaks your language.
In my experience, therapy via video call provides a safe and intimate space where meaningful work can happen — especially when sessions are conducted in your native language, with someone who understands your cultural background.
That said, there are some specific situations where I may recommend in-person therapy instead. If you’re wondering whether online therapy is the right choice for you, we can talk about it in our first video call.
Argentina has the highest number of psychologists per capita in the world — more than twice as many as countries like Finland or Norway, and nearly six times more than in the United States. Here, going to therapy isn’t taboo — it’s widely accepted, and often part of everyday conversation.
For many, working with a therapist based in Argentina offers not only professional support at a more accessible cost, but also the chance to speak in Spanish with someone who shares — or understands deeply — their cultural background.
With the rise of online video sessions, you can now access this wealth of mental health experience no matter where you are in the world. As the psychologist behind Psicóloga Online Argentina, I’ve accompanied many people living abroad or navigating transitions, helping them find grounding and connection through therapy in Spanish.
